Ludicorp President Stewart Butterfield will be presenting at the first The State of Play: Law, Games, and Virtual Worlds conference, to be held in New York City, November 13-15, 2003.
The conference, sponsored by the Institute for Information Law and Policy at New York Law School and the Information Society Project at Yale Law School, is an inquiry into the complex social, psychological, and legal issues which arise from game/virtual worlds.
A discussion paper, entitled, Beyond the Body: Modeling Complex Group Interactions in an MMP Game prepared for the Designing for the Future panel, will be made available on Ludicorp's site following the conference and the final conference paper will be published in a special symposium issue of the New York Law School Law Review.
